Intro: This is a hardy, fast growing tree with an attractive mottled bark trunk. Can be planted in any size garden and makes for a delightful feature tree. Foliage: Is green morphing to red and purple in Autumn.

Flowers: Stunning and plentiful coral pink flowers during Summer and Autumn.

Soil: Well Drained and Well worked soil.

Maintenance: Plant the bud union /graft above the soil level. You will need to water in well and keep the soil moist until the tree is well established. We recommend you fertilize when planting and again with new growth. You will need to prune this tree regularly to encourage strong growth. This tree has the added benefit of being mildew resistant.
