Intro: Medium  to tall shrub with stunning flowers that suits a warm to cool temperature. They will brighten any garden Foliage: Individual rich dark purple with a slight red tinge to the flower. They are large and semi-open panicles produced in abundance

Soil: Well drained soil

Maintenance: When the flowers fade, prune lightly and remove any suckers that have developed. Water often until well established, and give a big soaking when dry. Plant with the bud union below soil level, and we recommend mulching.
